Little Cayman is an island of great beauty and colorful history – home to people with warm, welcoming spirits. The Little Cayman Museum helps us preserve, protect, and share this natural, historical, and cultural heritage for the enrichment of present and future generations. In support of this mission, the Museum collects, conserves, and interprets artifacts, documents, and published materials related to the history of Little Cayman.

The Little Cayman Museum

Our unique, wonderful Island has a rich history and vibrant culture. A visit to our museum is a great way to learn more about the places you dive, the people you meet and the relaxed atmosphere you enjoy.

Our Museum

Relaxing, cool break from our tropical climate for all ages

Enjoy our modern museum that includes permanent and rotating exhibits, giving you more to “dive into” what makes our island so special. Plus stroll through a gallery of amazing underwater photography and learn about our endangered, native Rock Iguanas found nowhere else than on the Sister Islands.

Our museum features displays with historical artifacts, providing insight into the 500+ years of recorded history since Christopher Columbus’ crew first spotted Little Cayman in 1503. We share the history and culture of our island in interesting stories that make visits meaningful for guests of all ages.
